The Garage!

Oct. 12th- First Wednesday night ConneXion in the Garage!  A first look at the new place, free t-shirts, a celebration, and a time of prayer for what God has planned for this facility! Bring your friends and let them know about this exciting time at our church!

Times: The Garage: 5pm-8:30pm

Worship Gathering: 6:30pm-8pm

Oct. 21st- First Friday at the Garage! Think 5th quarter.  We will be supplying a safe place for students to hang out on a Friday night.  For the first Friday night at the Garage we will be having a Block Party inside.  It will be high energy and a ton of fun!

Time: 10:30pm-Midnight (after football games)

The Corn Maize

Oct. 15th- We will be heading to the Cagle Corn Maize for a great night of fun and fellowship.

Time: 4:30pm-10:30pm

Cost: $30.00: includes, corn maize, jumpy pillow, hey ride, dinner, and a haunted barn

* If you can help with driving that night, please let me know so we can make sure we have enough transportation.

Fall Retreat

Oct. 29th-30th This is a weekend away from all the craziness of life and a chance to get away, listen to God, spend some time in worship with Him, and have a great time fellowshipping with our friends and making new ones.

Time: Meet at the church at 8am and return the next day at 4:30pm

Cost: $50.00: includes a t-shirt, 3 incredible meals, a great time with friends, and indescribable time with God, and a good nights sleep!

Ok, so I realize that i have done a great I mean poor job of keeping this up.  But I am working on doing better. Below you will find what's going on for the rest of September and October.  This includes Sundays, Wednesdays, and special events.  I also wanted to let you know that we will be having a New Website that will reopen with the Garage in a few weeks.  That is part of the reason with the delay.  The other part is me making it happen!

Ok, so since I decided to teach on being real and authentic as students, the Poser has continued to come to my mind and make me laugh.  It seems like such a childish word that you would call someone.  But the fact of the matter is that there are alot of people out there maybe including you that live a fake life.  Over the next few weeks we will be talking about what it looks like to be real and authentic according to God's word.  We will also be looking at where we pose and the biggest poser of all.  Hope you will join us!
